Mr. Christos Pirgos advises mainly enterprises in the areas of Commercial and Corporate Law. His principal specialisation is Intellectual Property Law (esp. patents and trademarks) and he has been trained to work with the European Patent Office. Further, he has working experience in Competition Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and International Trade and also advises individuals in the field of Civil Law. Mr. Pirgos was born in Athens, Greece, in 1980. He has studied law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, (LL.B., 2001). He has earned a Master’s degree, also from the Aristotle University (LL.M., 2004), in Commercial Law. Currently, he is a Doctoral candidate at the University of Macedonia (Department of Applied Informatics) in the fields of Internet Law and Electronic Signature. He is admitted at the Thessaloniki Bar since 2004 as Dikighoros (attorney-at-law in Greek law) at the Court of Appeals of Thessaloniki. His native language is Greek. As a result of his academic background and his intensive work in advising the firm’s international clientele, Mr. Pirgos has rich working experience also in English. Furthermore, he possesses restricted knowledge of French. |
