Ms. Smaragda Theodoridou works mainly as a counsel in the areas of Contracts, of Company Law and of Labour Law. Her principal specialisation in litigation issues lies with the type of procedure applicable before the Greek Civil Courts. She has also much working experience with administrative compniance in various areas of law.

Ms. Theodoridou was born in Thessaloniki, Greece, in 1990. She has studied law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, (LL.B., 2015). She is admitted at the Thessaloniki Bar since 2019 as Dikighoros (attorney-at-law in Greek law) at the Court of First Instance of Thessaloniki.

Ms. Theodoridou has attended most part of her high school studies (grade 8 till grade 12 in New York City in the United States. For this reason she is bilingual, having equal ability to use both Greek and English as her native languages. She is at the same time very well aquainted with the US culture. She possesses also basic knolwedge of French.
